A good thing about our dorm is that we have cable TV channels. In EVERY room. And the best thing about it is that we have HBO. Free. I know it's hard to imagine in Taiwan that you have to pay for movie channels. That's why I haven't watched HBO for like two years. I really hated that the first year here. 'Cause I was too free, and I wanted to watch Sex and the City (believe me, I haven't watched most of them yet) and Six Feet Under so badly.

But now, I have free HBO to watch, but I have no time. In order not to waste the money I paid for the rent (ha ha, excuses), recently I decide that even though I don't have time to watch movies on HBO, it's still my "duty" to record them down. So I am starting to record tons of interesting movies like crazy these days...

(It's still a pity that I can't watch food network here anymore. I miss all the interesting and funny chefs and mouth-watering scenes of food and cooking...
It's interesting that Iron Chef Mario Batali is coming to have a cooking demostration at our school this Wednesday. Sounds funny in a research university. Well, I do want to take a look at his cooking, but I don't want to pay fee. :p )
